We plan to host a Cruise Event Planning Forum for a very select group of qualified meeting professionals in 2018.
The hosted buyer program includes a COMPLIMENTARY CRUISE [ocean-view stateroom with balcony] for qualified meeting planners/decision makers and their guests, ground transportation in to the port for from area airports, most meals, activities and entertainment on board as well as taxes and shipboard gratuities. This is a very exclusive opportunity limited to the most qualified respondents. To be considered for an invitation we ask that the following criteria be met:
* You plan or oversee the planning of at least one meeting, event or incentive program with a minimum budget of $200,000 excluding air and ground transportation.
* You have an open date within the next 30 months for a meeting, incentive program or corporate event that meets or exceeds the above minimum for which a site has not been selected.
* You can provide a group profile with verifiable history for a meeting/incentive program/corporate event that you would consider placing on a cruise.
The agenda will include a cruise event planning seminar as well as time for networking with industry peers. Attending will allow participants to evaluate the cruise experience from a MICE perspective, and CruiseEventGPS as a business-to-business service provider for sourcing and planning events at sea.
